Mr. Moorhead is associate trial counsel at EJLG. He has more than four years experience litigating and trying employment cases. Mr. Moorhead has served as first or second chair counsel in about twenty-five trials and arbitrations. Mr. Moorhead has achieved results for his clients, including one of 2022's Top 100 jury verdicts in the county of Los Angeles. Mr. Moorhead has also been named to SuperLawyers' list of Rising Stars three times: in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Mr. Moorhead has also been able to achieve favorable settlements for many of his clients, including a recent $1.5 million settlement in a single-Plaintiff case. Mr. Moorhead is not only proud of the results he has obtained - he prides himself on effective and compassionate representation of his clients, many of whom are of limited means. Mr. Moorhead speaks fluent Spanish, so he is able to communicate directly with clients who have limited English-language ability.
